If you buy a license and it isn't working out, email support@armadillotv.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full, no questions required, though we always appreciate hearing what went wrong.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider (Stripe) to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

After 14 days

Past the window we handle requests case by case: reach out, and if the Software genuinely cannot work on your system, we'll make it right.

What refunds can't cover

We cannot refund problems caused by a third-party content source (we don't provide or control any content; see the EULA), and we cannot refund purchases made through unauthorized resellers.
